Spring Break..... not really!

I know that the usual thing for this time of year is Spring Break. A time when you throw off daily living in order to take a mid winter sabbatical. However in my life as a homeschooler I use this time off from co-ops and activities to catch up on..... homeschooling. This is the time when I try to do some of the fun things I don't necessarily have the time for during our time conscience schedule. One of the great things we did this Spring Break was a Lapbook from www.homeschoolshare.com for Ireland. We had such a great time touring the Emerald Isle...virtually of course. What a valuable resource this website is for Homeschoolers. Here is how it turned out.

Here is H virtually touring Ireland... he had so much fun. He said " I would never kiss that Blarney Stone unless they hosed it off...gross". He makes me smile. If you have a little time to visit the Emerald Isle from your home this is a really great lapbook. Enjoy!
